The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD), in partnership with the Northern Ireland Youth Forum are hosting a free music event for young people at Loughry College in Cookstown. Bands include: Yes Cadets, Heyday, The Q, Key of Atlas.

Date:               Friday 29 January 2010

Venue:            Loughry Campus, Cookstown

Time:              7pm - 10pm

This evening of entertainment is especially for young people between the ages of 14 and 17 years old, (accompanied with their youth leader).  They will have a chance to meet with senior DARD officials and hear what DARD is doing for children and young people.
 
There will be exciting up and coming bands along with other interesting activities.  We would like to also take the opportunity to get young people's opinion of our proposed Children and Young People's Action Plan.
