Play Quest Programme
FW: INVITE To seminar and receive Play Quest's New Booklet and DVD. Creating Meaningful Participation for Children
The Play Quest programme is the 0 -10 years strategy of The Big Deal, a £4 million programme funded through the Big Lottery Fund under its Northern Ireland Young People's Fund programme.
Since 2006 PlayBoard have been working with children and practitioners across a wide variety of organisations, supporting children to participate through play. During this time we have created opportunities for children to participate as decision makers about the things that matter to them, whatever their age, skills, abilities or needs.
By working in a wide variety of settings we have been able to try different approaches to involve children of all ages. These ideas and approaches have been included in a booklet and DVD to share our experience and learning. There are many examples of creative practice which can be applied in many types of settings. The approach focuses on developing opportunities to be creative with the space available, the resources available and with the ideas of the children and young people.
You are invited to attend one of the following information seminars where you will receive a FREE copy of the Play Quest booklet and DVD:
