The ‘CHAMPIONS 4 CHANGE‘ (C4C) programme is a Big Lottery funded project managed by the Northern Ireland Youth Forum (NIYF). This programme engages young people from across Northern Ireland, aged 16-20, who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET). There are 4 parts to this programme that look at developing young people’s ability to make personal change and peer change, community change and societal change.
