Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

This prize draw is organised by NI Youth Forum, a registered charity in Northern Ireland, based at 68 Berry Street, Belfast, BT1 1FJ.
- Eligibility
1.1 The prize draw is open to young people who complete the survey.
1.2 Entry is limited to one entry per person.
1.3 Employees of NI Youth Forum are not eligible to win the prize draw.
1.4 Participation in the prize draw is optional. Young people can complete the survey without entering the prize draw.
- How to Enter
2.1 To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the survey and provide their contact details in the prize draw section at the end of the survey.
2.2 No purchase or payment is required to enter.
2.3 Contact details provided for the prize draw will only be used to administer the prize draw.
2.4 Contact details for the prize draw will be kept separate from survey responses, unless expressly mentioned regarding the NI Youth Forum mailing list.
2.5 Incomplete entries, duplicate entries, or entries submitted after the closing date may not be accepted.
- Prize
3.1 There are two prizes available.
3.2 Each prize is a £100 voucher.
3.3 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
3.4 NI Youth Forum reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Draw and Winner Notification
4.1 The winners will be selected at random from all valid prize draw entries received before the closing date.
4.2 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in the prize draw section of the survey.
4.3 Winners will be contacted within five working days of the prize draw taking place.
4.4 If a winner does not respond within ten working days, NI Youth Forum reserves the right to select another winner at random.
4.5 Winners’ names will not be published publicly unless they give explicit consent.
- Data Protection and Privacy
5.1 Personal information collected for the prize draw will be collected, stored, and handled in line with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and NI Youth Forum’s Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
5.2 Contact details collected for the prize draw will only be used to administer the prize draw and contact winners.
5.3 Prize draw contact details will be stored separately from survey responses.
5.4 Survey responses will be used to understand the views and experiences of young people. Findings may be shared in reports, presentations, campaigns, or discussions with decision-makers, but individual young people will not be identified.
5.5 NI Youth Forum’s Privacy Policy and Youth-Friendly Privacy Policy can be viewed at www.niyf.org/privacy.
- General
6.1 NI Youth Forum reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
6.2 NI Youth Forum’s decision regarding the prize draw is final.
6.3 By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
6.4 Taking part in the survey and entering the prize draw is voluntary.
