Young people came together this week to share their views on what matters most for the future of voluntary youth work.
From trusted relationships and safe spaces, to sustainable funding and greater opportunities, the message was clear: many of the foundations already exist — now it’s time to build on them.
The conversations were honest and full of practical ideas for what comes next.
Because the best plans for the future aren’t made for young people — they’re designed with them.
