Huge congratulations to YouthStart particpant, Aideen on securing employment after attending her first ever interview!
Aideen had been applying for work for months and with no luck was beginning to think it impossible. She joined us on YouthStart and within three months has secured herself a job
She was dedicated to working with our team on creating the perfect CV, constantly job searching & applying, she up-skilled by taking one of our courses and did mock interview prep to get interview ready. This is the perfect example of what young people can achieve when they are supported and empowered.
Huge well done, Aideen. We are so proud of you!
